As a unique campus in the Bryan Adams Feeder Pattern, Alex Sanger Elementary (PK-8) is in the process of adding a middle school addition to their school. With a high population of bilingual students, Sanger has a Dual Language Program to help all of their students succeed in their academics. In addition to language, Sanger has other special programs such as Quaver, a digital music program, Teaching for Artistic Behavior, and Strings Club.
Sanger will become a part of the student -reader initiative Fall 2016 along with the rest of the Bryan Adams Feeder Pattern schools.
The Sanger mascot is the Stallion, and their school colors are green and white.
