Stephen C. Foster Elementary (PK-5) school's mission statement is to provide their students with the opportunity to learn and gain the skills for college readiness.
93% of their student body is of low socioeconomic background and 87% are at risk for academic hardship. Having joined StEP in 2015, their goal is to raise their academic performance in Writing, Reading, Math, and Science to exemplary status.
Stephen C. Foster students report that they use their kindles to find resources and help with their reading performance. Their mascot is the Falcon.
