Project Overview
The MOU between JDF and CanKids was executed in April of 2011 after the Foundation's first annual India Palliative Care Initiative meeting at AIIMS in New Delhi. CanKids has purchased a five story dedicated hospice center which serves children undergoing palliative care all over Northern India. They are anticipating their annual patient volume to be over 1,000 patients. JDF is providing funding for a dedicated palliative care physician.
