Open Positions
Junior Grants Coordinator
The Foundation is currently seeking a junior grants coordinator to provide support to our various India-based focus areas. Daily responsibilities will include reporting and data analysis, monitoring of fund utilization, communication with grantees, and some administrative work. The junior grants coordinator will report to one of the Foundation’s Senior Grants Coordinators and will be focused primarily on a single program area. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must for this position. Successful candidates will possess a superb work ethic, passion for helping others, and a proven ability to pick up knowledge quickly. Excellent oral & written communication skills and the ability to multi-task is a must. Strong proficiency in Power Point and Excel are also needed. Excellent academic track record and Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Program Intern (Full time)
This position is a full-time, paid internship working closely with one of our primary focus areas in India (Maternal and Neonatal Health, Pediatric Oncology, or Amputee Assistance). Daily responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing grant utilization through review of reports and data analysis.
2. Research and outreach to potential grant sites
3. Communication with grantees and advisory board members
4. Administrative work, including filing, meeting planning, and travel planning
The Program Intern will be responsible for furthering the development of one of our focus areas in India. He/she will be assisting one of our Senior Grants Coordinators in grant making and project oversight. This position will be for 6-9 months, but has the opportunity to transition into a full-time staff position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have an excellent academic track record. Upperclassmen or graduates only.
